These Terms of Use govern your access to HueWiz, a free browser-based color matcher and palette generator operated by SilverCodeLabs. By using HueWiz, you agree to these terms.
You may use HueWiz for personal, educational, and commercial design work. Color values and palettes you generate may be copied, adapted, and used in your own projects without attribution.
HueWiz is provided free of charge and does not require an account. Advertising may be displayed to support the service.
Images, colors, and palettes you provide to the interactive tools are processed locally in your browser. You are responsible for having the right to use any image you select and for how you use generated palettes or exported code.
You may not misuse HueWiz, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code through the site, or use automated requests in a way that unreasonably burdens the service.
HueWiz provides color calculations, contrast estimates, simulations, and design suggestions for informational purposes. Results may vary across displays, browsers, printing processes, visual conditions, and applicable accessibility requirements. You remain responsible for testing final designs and confirming compliance for your particular use.
HueWiz is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free results, to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, HueWiz and SilverCodeLabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the site.
The site may use or link to third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies govern those services. HueWiz is not responsible for third-party content or availability.
We may update these Terms or modify the service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
